2. Hosting by Wix

This website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd., Yunitsman 5 St., Tel Aviv, Israel. When you visit the website, Wix processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and device information and the referring page (server log data). This is required to deliver the website, keep it secure and fix faults. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website.

The fonts on this website are hosted locally; no connection to Google servers is made when the page loads. Images are delivered through the Wix content delivery network, which is part of the hosting (see section 2).

If you email us, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, travel wishes) to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to plan a journey for you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general enquiries. We delete the data once it is no longer needed for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

This website links to other websites, such as michaelpolizaprivatetravel.com and michaelpoliza.de. Data is only transferred when you click a link; the privacy notices of the respective website then apply.
